Whist the product is as described, the goods I have received have been poorly packaged in that there is no protection for the product. The first order i received the item was damaged and when i sent the photo to the company they suggested I try to use it despite being damaged. They were not keen to replace it - said to make another order and they would fix it. I suggested they should add it to my next order - but they failed to do so. This is dodgey behaviour and makes the comp[any seem untrustworthy. If they took a little more care with packaging they would be likely to have fewer issues.
