Personally, my experience with this seller, was the First bad experience on Ali. I ordered the product, and after some time, when I went to check on it, I saw ot had been cancelled! (I was Not contacted by the seller).So I contacted the seller, to ask what happened, and they replied, " the parcel has been sent, the order was closed, because the logistics provider had not entered the warehouse in time". What? Ok, so then THEY told me (2x) to open a dispute, which I - in the end - did. Next day, they ask me to "cancel it, because my parcel is on the way"! I couldn't, as dispute was accepted. So they said, "we are sorry, then we cannot send your parcel"... So, if they cannot send the parcel, that that must mean, they were NOT Honest - because Before, they said, twice(!) "it's on the way". I am Not happy! |
